The Organizing Committee has negotiated a special price at Aalborg CabInn hotel for the School participants.

Standard single room (one person) - 515 kr (approx. 69 EUR) per night, including breakfast

Captain twin room (two persons)- 655 kr (approx. 88 EUR) per night, including breakfast

Deadline for hotel reservation: May 24th, 2013.

Please reserve your room via an email to the Organizing Committee. The special price cannot be used when booked directly from the hotel web-page.

The Organizing Committee will reserve a pool of the rooms according to your reservation emails and forward the list of participants  to the hotel. Please mention upon check-in that you attend the Summer School to get the special price.

The cancellation deadline is June 24th.

After June 24th, the price of one night will be charged to the participant.
